- 3 fresh grapefruits
Instructions
- Wash grapefruits thoroughly. Cut grapefruits into 1/46 mm thick slices.
- Place sliced grapefruits on dehydrator tray. Set in a dehydrator and dry at 48-57°C for 5 to 12 hours or until they become brittle.
- Store dried grapefruit slices in an air tight bag or container
Note: Soak in water to get flavored water; use to dress salads and dishes; use to make potpourri or wreaths.
