Instructions

  1. Wash the watermelon then slice into 1/212 mm slices or jerky like strips.
  2. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  3. Dehydrate at 57°C for about 18-22 hours.
  4. Let cool then store in an airtight container.
