Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almonds, the pulp only
  • 1/4 cup golden flax seed meal
  • 1 cup pumpkin paste
  • 1/2 cup dates, paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix by hand; Mold into a loaf 1 1/2 inch (3.8 cm) thick.
  2. Place the loaf on a dehydrator sheet; set in the dehydrator and dehydrate at 105°F (41°C) for 8 hours.
