- Greens of choice (We used Spinach and Kale)
Instructions
- Wash your greens thoroughly and pat dry.
- Evenly space your greens on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 86°F (30°C) for 4-6 hours.
- Once dry, the greens should be dry and crumbly, put your greens in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder.
- Store in a dark pantry or storage cupboard in an air tight jar.
