These Dehydrated Cucumbers are a handy snack for children, or adults. Great for camping, lunch boxes and just as a healthy snack. They are also great to throw into salads, stir frys or dunk them in your favorite dip.

  • Cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and peel (if necessary).
  2. Slice into 1/83 mm thick rounds. If the seeds are large, you may choose to scrape them out by cutting the cucumber into half lengthwise before slicing.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 57°C for 6-8 hours.
