- Peel the butternut squash then cube or cut into strips.
- Cook in boiling water until tender, about 7-8 minutes. Drain.
- Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 7-10 hours.
- Let cool then store in an airtight container.
